Paul Lomax’s editorial work is raw, instinctive, and straight to the point. His photographic style tells stories with forthright honesty and his images are direct and compelling in their composition, while still being sincere to the surroundings of the assignments objective.

An experienced photojournalist, he undertakes regular assignments for NYC News website DNAinfo, the Manhattan Times and is a regular contributor to the Washington Heights Uptown Collective blog.
Paul is currently producing a comprehensive photographic archive of images that will ultimately accommodate the demands of today’s on-line and traditional media publications, while also working on an on-line photographic collection, including limited edition prints and several portfolios showcasing his accomplishments to date.
Projects in development include a behind-the-scenes photographic examination of Grand Central Terminal, a Gallery Exhibition and a retrospective of the real Gangs of New York in collaboration with crime fiction writer Terrence P. McCauley.
Born in London, England, Paul Lomax lives and works in New York City and is available for editorial assignments in New York, the USA and overseas.
